Road Opening for New Job

Hello I'm new to these forums though I have been coming here for years on and off.

I'm looking to do a road opening ritual with Ganesha. I was reading book by Ellen Dugan in which a spell invoking him was listed and she explained a little about his mythology along why Lakshimi's and why elephants are associated with them. After dosing off daydreaming a bit while reading the book a image came to me in my mind of Elephant or Elephants plowing there way through the jungle creating paths (kinda like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKRr_f85shA). I haven't been able to stop thinking about him since.

So recently I got a statue and made a little altar for him. I have the road opening oils, candle, and incense for him as well. Not really sure what to say or how to appeal to him persay. There's spell involving him in the book but that's all I have. Can you guys recommend any others or ways to work with him for this purpose?

For using Ganesha alongside a road opener working I do not see why you could not use your visualization of the elephants clearing a path in your ritual. You could light the incense, anoint the candle with the road opener oil and light it, and close your eyes and visualize Ganesha's elephants clearing your path.

I do not use words in my own spells so I can not offer much there, but your visualization itself and adding energy to it could be enough without the use of words if you do not want.

Thanks! Honestly that is not something I considered doing. Not really sure how well that could work but I could give it try.
