Supply reload.

Please can I get a better explanation for supply reload discount? It seems discount is given but once I'm about to pay, the discount doesn't reflect.

Same thing. No change. The actual amount is 91 dollars but a discount has been given to pay 74. At PayPal page it shows 91 again.

I have alerted the site administrator to the issue you are having. I double checked and our system is applying the reload discount, I am not sure what is happening once you are redirected to the PayPal screen. You can try proceeding with the order as is and if PayPal does end up charging you the full amount the shop can issue a refund for the missing reload discount to your PayPal account.
