prophetic dreams

I have been looking for a few days for some information on what I've experienced. I have almost lucid dreams in which they either traumatize me or give me gifts and insight. I have also had my dreams transfer to other people. once I was laying next to my ex partner and dwelling on how to break up with them, to the point where I had a dream about it. the next morning they told me they had a dream that I broke up with them. does anyone know how this is possible? and if anyone has had similar experiences? this and dreams coming true or giving me signs to interpret. I feel I have some sort of untapped power in my dreams. I have made myself a dream sachet that I will keep in my pillowcase.
let me know if any of you have had similar things happen to you! this has vexed me for a while now and I cant find the answers I've been looking for. anything helps, thank you!
