Change Eye Colour

I had a question about this spell at the end it says to repeat 2 more times and you will see a change though out the day. When it says repeat two more times does that mean right then or do I wait and do this over the next two days. Any help would be great.

Im very interested in changing my eyes blue. I currently dont have orange or pink candles so im making my own spell without the use of them. If you cant understand this one like me, you could try writing your own too, plus if you do it will be more powerful then the pre-made one since it came from your emotion and thoughts.

if your in a coven, ask your priest or priestess about creating spells if you dont know how, because I recently learned how too.
