what kind?

What kind of energy am i making flow to a psi wheel to make it move?I have tried a psi ball,and i doubt i can make one.I am trying a psi wheel for proof of psi,because i can see the movement.

Hold your hands around it about 20 inchesh from it on both sides, then feel energy flowing out of your core through your spine, down your arms and out your hands, feel it flowing onto the wheel, in your minds eye see the energy flowing around it and binding with it, then start tensing your hands gently, and then while they are tense push out with your mind (3rd eye chakra, crown and pineal) and visualize what you need the paper to do, that is it in a nutshell, the rest all boils down to willpower and focus, if you are having problems with focus search google for tibetan mandalas, they are pictures which train your focus and will really help you. be peacefull
