Meditation problem.

Around a week i have problems in meditating.After 15 minutes me meditation i feel suddenly that someone is grabing my neck and makes me suffocate.What i can do?

Check your chakras for blockages. And maybe this is too obvious, but pay special attention to your throat chakra. Give 'em all a good cleaning, though, and try again. Keep me posted and throw a PM if you need. I'm more than willing to help.
