Firstly, learn to spell
Secondly, you're 15 years old judging by the '93', not that it matters, but are you up for it? Are you ready for the responsibilities?

If it's your "First time" I suggest hanging around on the forums for a while before starting your own coven.
If you're dedicated to find the apply for covens page, you'll find it.
Of course I know where it is, but if you really need someone to give you a direct link, then seriously, you aren't dedicated to even find a link to start it up.

Also, you can't just start a coven with yourself, coven's are for groups of people to discuss topics and ideas.

I'd like to start a coven ....and I'm 33 and have credentials as well to ...

I'd like to start or join one .....and would love to learn more cause a practitioner never is done learning my friend .... just ain't with all the fighting that I see in a covens and the disregaurd for rank in a coven .... that's why I chose to stay eclectic solitary

Theirs nothing wrong with starting your own teenager coven .... just make sure theirs a responsible adult around .....because of modern laws .... and ignorance towards pagan & wiccan beliefs you still have to be careful cause it can land you in jail with some of the elder rituals being performed by under age learners

think of it this way,

you are about to adopt a family of all ages or around your age and they all have reckless powers of which you are responsible for even if they do something wrong. its a lot of responsibility... are you sure you are ready?

for all you true blood fans out there:
bill has made 10 vampires that he has not released (hypothetically speaking) and he is responsible for each and every one of them and their actions. that means if they kill someone, he get the blame from the 'authority'.

being a coven leader is like being a bill with those 10 fledlings. it is a bucket load of responsibility, not to mention that you are supposed to be a good example, and an essential parent to all the younger ones. im just saying, if you dont have kids first, this is gonna be tough.
