Casting Instructions for 'Peaceful Dreams'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • A cup of milk
  • A teaspoon of honey
  • Peace of mind

Step One:

Slowly drizzle the honey into the milk and stir it.

Step Two:

Close your eyes and clear your mind of all negative thoughts.

Step Three:

Drink the honey milk and go to bed.

**NOTE**

You must concentrate on step two.
