On a sunday, holloween , or a fullmoon ,go out and dig up some dandelion roots .Chop up and bead these onto a neckless ,wear to see ghost.speak your desire so shall it be. You may also rub dandylion on your eyes to see them. An older spell was to use morning glory an aztec spell- symbol of the after life, and birth, death, life and rebirth, it dies at suset and is reborn in the morning so its called morning glory. They would rub it everywhere during rituals to see ghosts.

I would also be in a meditative state, possible balance your chakras before attempting this. Simply rubbing a flower on your eyelids will not do anything.
