That description alone made me laugh. The most powerful full Wiccan spell, you say? And it calls on demons? While there may be some Wiccans who might work with demons, Wicca traditionally does not. Wicca is a fertility religion with one God and one Goddess. Also, while I am certain some Wiccans work with angels, angels are not part of Wicca. Angels are Judeo-Christian. While I am not saying all Wiccans are all about ''love and light'' Wicca is the main culprit for this type of ''love and light'', ''rule of three'', ''do not harm'' witchcraft that is forced in The Pagan Community. While I am sure some Wiccans do blood magick, again, most Wiccans do not because it is seen as ''evil'' and Wicca is very much a ''do no harm, love and light'' religion. All of this to say, this is fake.
