Just because you cannot physically transform into a Dracula vampire, does not mean you cannot work with them. Vampires are astral beings, so you can call on them for guidance like you can with any other spirit. You can become an astral vampire. You can practice Blood Magik. You can call on the symbol of the Vampire in your craft. Dressing like a vampire would call forth their energy and influence in your life. Dress in a vampiric style and ask yourself how a vampire might act in a situation. Not to drink the blood of the innocent, but their posture, their mannerisms, their attitude.
You can also practice energy work and become a psi vampire. Psi, or psychic, vampires are a very real phenomenon. Ordinarily, people are born psi vampires and are usually unwitting to their reality. They drain energy from others and as a result become energized. They could also be considered emotional vampires, but I see that more as someone who delights in being the center of attention or obsessed with drama. However, this can fill people with energy, so it is technically a vampire.
The point is, if you shift your expectations, you can find ways to become a vampire and create working vampire spells. Just no blood sucker transformations.
