Go outside or near a window and say: "Air, I call on you". Feel the breeze and balance your energy with it.
Say: "I summon inspiration through the wise, creative, and whimsical winds. Not for pain and not towards sin. Good and true, pure inspiration. By this I shall create anew. Harm to none, so mote it be".
