Concentrate on the targeted person whether it be you or another person.Then chant three times under the moon.

''Hearts to broken to be kind,
Thoughts to lost outside of mind.
Lose all feeling relieve pain, sorrow, and sound,
Cast all hurt to the moon high and round,
Show no mercy to such an aching heart,
Be gone with such grief with the unrooting of its start''.

Then pull up a weed from its root and place it in the plastic bag and bury.

''By the powers of three times three. As i will it, So shall it be''.
