Make an Energy Wall

Sit down at a good spot. Feel the energy flowing out of your third eye. For some people this is a beam for some people is it like fire, that doesn't matter as long as you feel it. See and feel the energy making a wall or ice cube, you'll see that the air somethimes like 'moves' everybody will see this different, dont worry if you see it different.

After a while your wall/cube is ready. For some people this takes 6 seconds, and for some people this can take 6 minutes, this is based on your skill level. You'll start to notice that (in a basket) balls will miss or roll over.

If not repeat or try some energy manipuation practice. And make sure, even if your wall/cube is ready. You need to focus.
