To practise using this spell you should find a quiet place. You should then proceed to summon all of the energy you can and focus it into your hand. Once your happy with the amount of energy you have you should slam you fist forwards and unleash the energy. If this spell is preformed correctly the energy should be realised like a push towards what ever you have aimed at. The effect of this spell of a person can vary from almost nothing to knocking hem off their feet. This spell can also be used in battle but if it is being used in that situation the energy summoning should be done as fast as possible.
