Casting Instructions for 'Herbal Cleansing Steam'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • medium-sized pan
  • water
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 spearmint leaf
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 mug

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 1 spearmint leaf
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 mug

Take a medium-sized pan and fill the bottom with water, setting it on high heat. Add the cinnamon, then take the spearmint leaf and coat it with honey. Add the coated leaf in the water and allow it to boil and steam. Turn the stove off and pour the water into a mug. Take the mug around your house counterclockwise so that the steam has a chance to purify and ward off negative energy. When done, allow the water to cool enough to drink; this will help cleanse the house and the host.

I quite like this. I wouldn't drink it after cleansing the house [because the water would have absorbed the negative energy in the process] but I would drink the tea to cleanse myself. The key is to be mindful and in a meditative state while you do it.
