Make a star with the water candle fan and metal with ur element at the top then add more elements u want then image ur target and say "Elementals spirits hear me I ask u to bind (insert thing here)bind it with (then name the element starting with earth fire wind water metal then what ever other element ur using)as these are my guards they protect me and seal the (what you are bind) with their might as I ask so blessed be." Then end your spell with thanking the elements and clapping for each one.
