if you see it then bam it worked and if your physic too like me normaly my visions are gray no sound no color but when i say this i can see everything clearly like im living in it

Simply saying ''I want to see'' will not give you visions.

Is this froze time but for your own perception number to does this even freaking work I just want to know I gave him a lot of fights and this will really help me in combat

I don't think this specific spell works, but you could try skrying to see outcomes for events. [though those aren't always crystal clear images either] As for fights, ignoring things like reporting the attackers, you could try protections, bindings, cursing your enemies, even invisibility spells [those ones won't make you physically turn invisible, they will cloak your energy so people overlook you]
