Sit in a meditative state. Close your eyes, then picture yourself on a beach. Start the spell by saying "the power of the mind, help me cast a spell. When I dream, make it to happen in life. So mote it be".

If you want to build a guided meditation to go into your inner self, or connect with a subconscious side of yourself [shadow work] this could be used as a starting point in building your own, but as it I don't think it will do much.
