Sit down with your legs crossed.

Hold out both of your hands in fists and both arms parallel to one another. Feel the energies of the universe enter into your recessive hand and flowing threw your body towards your dominant hand which will be referred to as your projective hand.

Let the energy build up in your projective hand until you feel as you would have an immense amount of it. Now open your arms much wider and open your projective hand while as envisioning the energies.

Then fling your projective hand towards your target and open your projective hand.
