First draw a pentagram on a paper or paper board and put the crystal ball in the middle of the pentagram. light the incense, and purple candle. Put spiritual music on and sit down cross legs and mediate while visual your energy increase or you have clear vision is increasing. And chant this old witchcraft chant:

Now it's the time
This is the hour
I am the magick
I am the power.


The more you repeat this old chant, the power more energy you feel inside you increasing.

I am not about to knock spells from 90s films, mainly because I have used them, but this is from The Craft. Yes, it does work, but you are drawing energy for a spell, not gaining psychic powers. You need to practice to strengthen your psychic abilities. It is like working any other muscle. It will be difficult at first, but will improve with time. Take a deck of playing cards, draw each card, then sit and try to sense if the card is red or black. As you improve, work your way up to sensing the entire card. This is a simple exercise to improve your psychic abilities. As for this chant, it does work, so I would write it down somewhere, but use it before casting a spell to draw Magikal energy before casting, not to gain psychic powers.
