This is far too simplistic to work. Unless you have a connection to the air element, saying ''here wind'' once will not conjure the wind. Also, be aware you work with the air element, you do not control or manipulate the element. Go outside on a windy day, feel the wind around you, let it cleanse you. That is a simple way to work with the element. Lastly, east is the direction on air. I am sure the direction has to do with jet streams or something, but on Witchcraft, north is earth, east is air, south is fire, water is west. You can call on them starting in any direction, but traditionally, that is the correspondences.
