Fell the Smokes Oxijin.
Vizulize it in a White Ball
Smell it ONLY IN YOUR MIND!
Open your Eyes. Or if you had em open hole time....
Keep it like that then.
Then feel the energie (EYES OPEN)
Then vizulize any shape you want
it to shape into, if it finally shapes then,
YOU DONE IT, YOU
CAN NOW DO HAIMOKINESIS.
