Casting Instructions for 'Super Strength'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 4 white candles
  • 1 red candle
  • 1 pentagram drawn on paper
  • Matches or lighter
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clock

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 4 white candles
  • 1 red candle
  • 1 pentagram drawn on paper
  • Matches or lighter
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clock

Arrange the white candles in the shape of a square put the red candle in the middle. Draw your pentagram. Light the white candles. Rub olive oil all over your body except your face

Chant (8x) "I summon the Gods and Goddesses to give me this power I so desperately deserve! In 24 hours I will move the heaviest of the heaviest. This is my wish so mote it be! "

Fold the pentagram 8 times. Light the red candle. Burn the pentagram using the red candle then chant: "My time starts now at (your time) grant me this power". Dont stop until the paper is just ashes.

I'm going to ask the obvious question / stupid question does this spell work

I don't think the spell will work I mean you can't use magic like that to change your physical strength you cannot change your form so will your muscles get bigger or will they just be the same but yet you have the muscles of a seasoned bodybuilder but remain in your form

not a stupid question at all. if you're expecting to do this and suddenly look like Captain America, no, magick doesn't work that way. however, you could use this as a way to motivate you before working out or calling on the law of attraction to help by achieving your goal. the key is putting in the effort to achieve your goal.
