You can do this anywhere you like, on the go or sitting down.
First, you rub your hands together for as long as you like and briefly feel the energy that radiates from them in cupped hands. Bring those cupped hands to your lips and whisper/say/shout into them;
"I wish for a good day,
I wish for a good day,
Please grant it Queen of Fae,
Please give me a good day."
Sometimes before a lesson I hate, I change "day" to lesson. So you can change the wording anyway you like, I know it doesn't make much sense. It works well for me though.
After whispering that into your hands open your hands and imagine glowing balls of energy floating to the sky; your message.
Hopefully, this spell will work as well for you as it does for me!
Do not call on the fae for something so trivial. You can set your intention to have a good day, but if this works, you would do more harm in the long run. If you wish to try it, omit the line about the Queen of the Fae. If a fairy does accept your request, you will be indebted to them, which is not a good thing.
I am confused by your question. This chant is to ask the Fairy Queen to bless your day. I would simply omit the Fae from your chant because if you do not know how to work with the Fae, it can come back to harm you. You can say a blessing for your friend. You can cast a justice spell to help your friend. None of these spells require you to call on Fairys to work. This specific spell can be slightly altered to not include the Fair Folk and it would still work as well as if you called upon them. A simple chant will work depending on the amount of intention/Magik you put into it.
My comment was to caution people who do not understand how to work with the Fair Folk to not try it without some basic research into actual mythology around the Good Neighbours. Some Fairys hate humans and will harm them. What is seen as acceptable to human interactions can be seen as insulting to Fairys. You are asking the Fairy Queen Titania or Mab for a good day. This is like asking your countries leader for a pat on the head. She has better things to do with her time, and if you somehow manage to contact her with your chant, there is a good chance she will use this as a teaching opportunity.
