This spell makes flames strike a object from your hands. Merlin used this spell when he was alive.

Put your hands in a psi ball position. Then in your mind see flames shooting from your hands. now open up your hands and shoot the flames.

I don't think this would work

You cannot shoot flames out of your hands.

You cannot shoot fire blasts at people.
