Repeat the incantation 'Glacius' five times with the first being the softest and quietest and the fifth being the loudest. At the same time that you say the fifth incantation thrust your power(writing) hand or your wand outward towards the target, palm up if you use your hand. A light blue sphere should fly towards the target and freeze it. The wetter it is, the faster and longer it will be frozen.

NOTE: Easier to cast if you can preform hydokinesis.
