2. raise your arm, open your hand, and point at your intended target.
3. channel your hand as you would when forming a ki ball, but have the energy curve downwards and then loop back as the method of forming the ball. The ball will be ready to fire when you feel an intense tingling throughout your hand.
4. keep adding energy until you feel the tingling.
5. when you are ready to fire, close your fingers, and throw your arm downwards in a downwards slap towards your intended target to fire the ball towards them.
6. that's it.

The Spell-

On the parts that say (__) you get to choose your appearance. On the last of the spell wear it says (_____) you can put more than one power. If you want the power to fly, you may add “May I have wings by my want, even without in my wolf form, my bracelet shall give me the power of flight.”, and even then, you can replace Bracelet with whatever you chose. If you want to be immortal, you can add it to powers or add “Powers of my beliefs and wishes, please, I can live forever, being immortal, I stop aging at (__)” and Of Course!, you can choose what age you stop aging at. You don't have to though. Feel free to remove whatever you don't want to be there in your form, transform words into ones you understand but make sure they make sense!
You can also meditate if you feel the need, just as before, after, or both.

Fill your coffee mug, with water; works best with spring water. Heat the water until nice and hot. Take a tablespoon of the dried thyme leaves, and add them to the hot water. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Drink the water and leaves together. For best results for better breathing, drink once a day for 7 days. Repeat as needed every other week.

For the potion you first put water in. Then you put the rosemary in. Light up your candle. Then take stick or spoon and take wet candle wax and put it into jar. Then you get your food coloring of your crushes eye color. Put it in then mix the potion. Say:

A way to change your self, to evolve using the power of your aura.

You must be able to see your power, to read your aura. And to control it as illustrated in colors of power. Read it, charge it, use it to mutate your blood to change at this point to any preference.... even wings. Claws, poison nails, compete poison. Poison to ones that eat you is good for mosquitos, they die. Make your self acidic, fends off sickness. Be sure to prepare your body for acidic when you think. It could cancer if you don't. Change your self enough you could even change the material of your bones(note recommended for uneducated on bones). Use the Colors of Power ( the aura) to make PSI balls from the surroundings to power your self thus power to the aura. Once made push it into your chest, that chakra best absorbs energy. And the chakras power the aura. This can be cought on night vision cameras but it won't look the same. Mutate your self, use the throat chakra. Chanting what you want is a very powerful way to change things. Tip: If you mutate you thoat chakra really powerful, you can shadder windows at your command with lots of time for the changes to take place even months, the very sparkles of your aura is the key to super powers if you think it through enough.
