Incenses have traditionally been used to help us connect with the otherworld and the realm of spirit,transforming the mundane into the secret.


You will need:
-10 ml (2 tsp)frankincense resin
-10 ml (2 tsp)mastic resin
-5 ml (1 tsp)dammar
-5 ml (1 tsp)sandarac
-pastel and mortar
-charcoal

1)Light the charcoal and place on a heatproof surface.Crush the frankincense and mastic resins into small pieces and mix together,along with the dammar and sandarac.


2)Sprinkle a little of the incense over the hot charcoal.Sit back and relax,allowing yourself to drift away.
