Firstly you need to make sure you can create a good strong psi ball, then you need to focus on fire, gently letting it flow from your mind, down your arms, into your hands and to the ball of energy. Then you can concentrate on it and focus on it to do your will, try and feel the ball move (kind of 'become' the ball) But if it doesn't work the first time then don't give up, just keep trying till it does. Have faith in yourself and the energy and it will work soon.
