Psychic vampires are said to "feed" off energy and use psychic attacks but they don't do it to survive that's basically all I know off the topic and why would they look a ceartin way
They are 100% normal. Some claim to have differences, such as the infamous dark ring around the iris of your eye, but besides race and general uniqueness of every human; they look like people.
Well from my understanding, I believe a psychic vampire as you would call it, is just someone with high natural empathy, as in they can sympathise with the energies and auras of those around, and use that emitted/collected energy to fuel themselves. Such as increasing their vitality, ie. They can work on less sleep by surrounding themselves with high energy people. I know some do it on purpose but some people can unknowingly draw in on this energy. It in theory would be possible to will yourself to draw in on others energy, but I'm not quite sure the level of focus it would take.
"Psychic vampires" look just like you and me because they are just like you and me. They are simply human beings, not anything special or occult.
There are some people who refer to themselves as psychic vampires who claim they need the energy from others in order to feel healthy. The health claims are spurious. And calling oneself a psychic vampire may make you sound special, but in earlier days before vampires became " cool " they were referred to as energy leeches and looked down upon by the magical community.
As has been said, they look just like any normal human. Psychic Vampires often have a "dead" (Chakra that works like a vortex, rather than letting the energy through) chakra that they use to feed. THey can do this indiscrimately or morally. I've known a Psychic Vampire that refers to himself as a Sin Eater. He only fed from the weaker or painful energy in people, satisfying his hunger and helping them simultaneously.
Anyone can become a Psychic Vampyre but you have to understand "You are what you eat" so you have to learn to control your emotions while feeding on others energy and know how to turnnegative energy to positive energy. The Solar Plexus I do believe has to be broken and hotwired for this transformation can happen but there is other options as well.
Well, feeding off of someone elses energy is wrong, and I believe you are actually referring to vampires who are also psychic. If this is the case, they aren't real, and never will be.
As others have said, psy vamps look like anyone else. It's also worth noting that, at least in my experience, a lot of people are psychic vampires and don't realize it so they negatively effect people without meaning to. So, keep an eye out for that.
