Confused

I'm sorry for the repost I had a big typo in the beginning. I did a regret spell a few days ago and noticed I was feeling a little sad afterwards when I looked back at the details it said this... "this spell for your lover regret with white magic, will do he go back to thinking about you. Your mind will be tortured with guilt. He or she will feel so bad for all that has made to you that it will do everything as possible to get back to your life." The part that got me thinking was when it said that my mind would be tortured with guilt and he would do anything to get me back. Does this me the spell affects me as well as him?

It could be, however a lot of people believe that those types of spells do not work. I think they do, to a certain degree. So, it's very possible, or your mind could just be making you believe that.
