hiring spell

I recently had a job interview a few days ago. I was wondering if casting a spell on the interviewer to get me hired would be considered black magick. And if it is, is there any other alternatives?

I would not consider it to be black magic. You are not seeking to cause hurt to another by doing it, only to help better you on circumstances.

It is if you see it as "black magic". Magic is intent, not colour, so you should ask yourself what you think it is? Is it manipulative? Does this give you an advantage? But do you need this job to survive? Is it your dream job? Are you excited to work there? Weigh the pros and cons and decide for yourself if it's right or wrong. Personally I'm fine with a little push before an interview to help yourself along, especially if you really want the job.

First off, what is "black magic" to you and why is it something to be avoided? On a more practical note, swaying the interviewer towards you wont need to hurt anyone so i see no reason not too
