does anyone know any spells to honour the super moon?

You could always just do an offering to the moon and associated deities. I added a brief list of herbs associated with the moon below, as an example of some things you could offer, but you can use whatever you feel is suitable as an offering.

Herbs for the Full Moon:
White roses, carnations, gardenia, lily, iris, and moon flowers.

You could also give an offering to Nyx, Goddess of the Night. You can call her for protection if you need it. However, I am not sure what to offer her.
