Bay leaf spell

what dose it mean when write a goal/wish on a bay leaf and hold it over a candle and candle goes out before the bay leaf catches fire... need help with this one

Is it a fresh or dried bay leaf? I'm not really sure since the bay leaf would burn, before the candle goes out, unless the bay leaf is taking away oxygen from the flame, which fire needs to keep itself burning. I tried researching it and only found health reasons and what it helps when burned.

What spell are you trying to do?

it was semi dry .... I need a success spell to get a house

btw bay leaf when burn emits positive energy. can attract money, good luck, also is chewed for psychic visions. to name a few

I think the goal was to burn the bay leaf, but because it didn't burn as the candle went out, your spell may have just not worked as intended. Wait a little while and try again, hopefully the bay leaf will burn this time.

Writing on bay leaves and burning them is something that I have used successfully in the past for various things. How long did you try to burn the leaf before the candle went out? Did you accidentally smother the flame with it? If the leaf wasn't completely dried, it may only smolder and never actually ignite and burn completely. I would give it another try, using a properly dried bay leaf, and make sure that the writing is also dried (just in case, but this does not usually cause any issues). And if you know that you are performing everything correctly and still get the same results, I would have to guess that this particular personal topic is not something that this type of magick is going to be able to help you with. If this turns out to be the case, you should do some research on other possible magick techniques and spells/rituals that may give you better results. Good Luck to you!
