How can i do it again?

I finally achieved astral projection. For about fifteen seconds. It was when I was awake after waking up in the middle of the night, and I could feel the 'tingling' of the waves passing through my body. I tell you, it was a lot more intense-feeling than I thought it would be. I had my eyes closed, and all of a sudden I was above my body and was looking around my living room. After some time though, I 'fell' back into my body. I've tried to do this again to try and build up the stamina to last longer in the astral plane, but haven't been able to manage to. How can I be able to at least have astral projection occur again? And if so, how can I have it last longer?

Since it was your first time, it will only be a short amount of time, it takes practice, when you keep practicing eventually you will be able to have an OBE longer.
