spell against evil

hey everyone,
what is your superstition when somebody saying something bad?
like sickness, or bad event?
i do the wood knock.
what did you do?
and do you have i little spell for it?

I'm not supersitious, but when I feel like I'm having a bit of bad luck, I take a bath with epsom salt, and cleanse myself.
