I wore a cross

I performed a spell for creating a good luck charm and I followed all of the steps exactly. However a few hours later I realized I still had my cross on. Don't worry dudes the cross is just an accessory. Did the cross reverse the spell and if so can I perform it again without harming something or someone?

Also, side note, does anyone know HOW the spells are supposed to be said- aka- loudly, quietly, confidently, doesn't matter, several times etc.. I need some clarification please.

Your answer is much appreciated and awaited, thank you.

The cross won't have done anything, there are many Christians that are also witches who wear symbolic crosses every day and still have successful magickal workings.

Spells can be said however you feel is best for your practice, they can be chanted, yelled, whispered or not spoken out-loud at all, it all depends on your personal situation and how you work best.

In my experience, you cast the spell how you think it should be cast. Magic comes from intuition, so trust your gut. As for your jewelry, don't read too much into the cross. I wear a Brighid's Cross every day to connect to the divine power and I like to think it increases any working I do. If you don't have full faith your spell will work, it probably won't work. Whether it backfires or not, I'm not sure, but the basis of magick is based around your own belief. The stronger the belief, the more you will see the magick manifest.

Long story short, no, I don't think a cross is going to impact your spell. Roman Catholics use tons of ritual and borderline magick in their weekly masses.
