Cant get it off- help?

I felt something happen to my astral body about a week ago and I cant get it off? It felt like something pricked my neck and back of head and ever since then when I tried to view my body and headspace it looked like something metal spreading and blocking the I side of my head and my face and coating it. I checked our my arms and it looks like an exoskeleton of sorts and on my heart there seems to be some sort of triangle chip embedded on it. I'm having trouble thinking clearly and my head is constantly fuzzy after this. I dont feel like myself and I dont know how much time I have. I've done the star ruby a few times and it hasn't helped a lot. Any advice aside from cleansing again.
I know I sound weird but just if you have any advice please let me know

Try to banish it. I had something similar.. So I banished it. Don't know what is was. Mine was green not grey tho.
