Spirit parasite.

I've been dealing with energy crashes lately, it gets hard to do my meditations when only after a couple of minutes, I am already beyond drained.

Is this an energy parasite? How would i get rid of it without insense?

Or it could be an overactive metabolism thing I've been dealing with.

If dealing with toxic people for long periods of times then they are known for draining energy out of others. If there are toxic people in your life best to walk away from them. In a magical sense, yes there are spirit parasites they seem to be a real problem lately as many people had asked about them.

From what I can tell this is caused by not cleansing enough. You get these nasty pest from astral travel or hanging around negative people far too long. Most of them drain your energy feeling tired and depressed, possible even more clumsily then normal. Before you practice it's best to cleanse and protect yourself, so you don't attract these rats. (As I call them.) take a salt bath, add salt to the bath as you get the water ready. Before going in you can say either out loud or in your mind. "My intention for this bath is to cleanse myself of any unwanted or negative energy."

You can do this bath for three days or until you feel like there gone. To get energy back go back out in nature and drink plenty of water, you might also want to eat some healthy food during this process. This can be fruits or vegetables to your liking, if you live in a city then you can find some nature music on YouTube with the intention in restoring your body. Cleanse yourself with white light as you picture white light going through your body scaring the parasites away. Make sure what you are dealing with are energy parasites, if not and if any history with depression then it's best to see medical professional. Depression can make people feel like their losing their energy.

I Visualize fighting them and it seems to work as the feeling leaves.
