nine tailed encounter

not sure if this fits here.
if not then please let me know where to repost this.
awhile ago. (cant remember most of my dreams after the encounter)
i had a dream. i was being stared at by a white nine tailed spirit. cant recall how many tails it had. it rushed towards me and i felt immense fear.
i then woke up.
anyone know if this has any meaning?
was it a simple nightmare or did i have a actual encounter.

There's no way for us to interpret that for you, unfortunately. Judging by your user name, I'll assume you're a fan of Japan, its culture, and possibly anime. You might have seen something at that time which played a prominent role, or somehow otherwise made an impression on your subconscious, and your mind was working things out in your dreams. Or it might have been an expression of a part of your subconscious or unconscious mind, based purely in abstract symbolism. Finally, it might have been a supernatural encounter. But again, this is yours to determine, as it was all within your internal world.

There are dreams which I've been mulling over for years, with no answers. And frankly, the longer it is, the less I remember about the surrounding circumstances. So that makes it much more difficult to decode what these dreams may be or may have been. It's often best to at least write down dreams, return to them soon and consider internal and external circumstances without bias, to help find their meaning, even if it comes later.

what had this dream stick out to me is the fear i felt even tho it did nothing aggressive.
and i usually remember my dreams well. but after this dream. i either had no dreams or cant remember them. which is what made this one stick out to me.
i will do what you have suggested.
