Herbs I can look up for you as I have many herbal books but my first suggestion is soy. Soybeans contain natural estrogenic compounds that help keep you levels stable. Not sure what a dose would be as we are all different. Try soy milk or a supplement and check out various dosages from a drugstore near you. I think soy milk tastes pretty good too. I drink coconut milk but not for estrogen. Black cohosh is one that is popular to take and camomile helps suppressed menstruation, they both do really. My list may not be right for you but worth a try or read about them and see what you think?

Thank you very much! I am limited to what I can research on my phone so usually I ask my mom when I don't know what herb to use. However at this moment it would just lead to questions I do not feel like answering. I will check out soy doses, as I know that is definitely safe with what I am on :)

Yes, dong quai aka female ginseng aka Chinese angelica root. It lowers high levels of estrogen and raises low levels.

Also black cohosh works like estrogen. But if you're taking birth control pills, you shouldn't take it.

Also, foods that increase estrogen include seeds, soya, and most wonderfuly, chocolate! (That explains a few things xD)

It would be wrong to suggest something without knowing your medical background but whole grain food stuffs will help and shouldn't do much harm. You should try and make it a daily intake as it will not help your body to produce estradiol but will supplement it with phytoestrogens from plants (dietary oestrogens). This would be the best method if you are suffering from an illness that lowers your oestrogen levels.

If you are suffering low levels due to medication your only oppition would to ask to be switched to a medication that had less of an effect on levels. This would be something only your health adviser can give you advice on.

Try also to limit foods that suppress the endocrine system such as refined sugars such as high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup or white flour.

Hope all goes well but with anything like this it will take time to see the effects as levels will build up slowly.
