to budi lconfidnece i first pray for it and then i try to imaigne it in my midn doing it helsp ALot ^_^ jsut keep on thinkign abotu you doign it and it becomes less embarssing.

i know a something to help him notice you i do this all the time it works!!! wat you do is in class close your eyes and imagine hard that rays of energy are going to him and reterning some of his energy if you do it enopugh he will start top like you im not saying in a love kinda a way but he will surly be friends with you

Okay, I found 2:

What you'll need: Shell, Yellow candle
