Don't know of to many herbs that flush the system out.... Now they have some natural minorals that can flush you pretty good .... Cranberry works good as well to ..... Niacin based vitamins work and they do have a type of lava rock powder I herd that works real good within 24 hrs....... That's is if you wanting to know this for passing a drug test lol

I've used Cranberry juice ( consintrate ) ,and Niacin tablets and drink on an empty stomach ,and drink lots of water behind it after an 1hr. ,urine will be very yellow and stink .... When it turns back to clear you clean .... ( note to readers - this will not work with hair sample style drugs tests ,hair sample type tests show up to six months of of drug use ) .... Niacin is better crushed up and poured in a drink .... Taking niacin straight affects are close to getting sprayed with pepper mace !!!!
