That is not quite what I am looking for. I want a tool with no negative effects on me at all, no matter how I use it, and not something for just one person. I want it to be able to kill anybody.
okay, first you need to get as many people you can, then get them to beleive a philosophy. After that you need to die, become a god, then you can kill who you want when you want...Unless you are under another god wich then he/she might get a bit mad w/ you...but your a god who cares!
(i am not to be held responsible for your actions in this life or the next. Sorry for the rather sarcastic answer...I will just go ahead and tell you that you are really hopeful. I can somehow tell you have not gathered enough knowledge or power to do such a thing....)

Including yourself? It may sound like a stupid question, but if you're making something that can kill anyone, this is something that you shouldn't think of overlooking when setting this whole thing up. It's like gun safety. Anyone that's impatient when someone is demonstrating something with even an unloaded gun shouldn't be allowed within society's boarders.
You may not want to kill yourself, but it can still happen.

Basic energy manipulation skills and repetitive ritual use. I won't suggest ways to test its effectiveness.
Not a tool where you only need to think. A tool where using it, the victim needs to be specified by a face and a name, or else it won't take effect at all. Like that one anime show, Death Note. The book-thingy doesn't kill people unless you write their full name while thinking of their face so other people sharing the same name won't be affected.
... Er. Death Note is an anime for a reason. The bottom line of this is that anyone who has EVER read one of your posts should know better than to help you with this and if you really want to do it it's best to experiment with it yourself.
Giving someone the power to kill anyone simply isn't smart. Especially a person who is commonly mean to people for fun. That person could go on a rampage and kill world leaders with no repercussions and break every civilized government. It's simply not a good idea, for anyone.
I don't want a "Death Note" in particular, I simply want something that is as safe as that object. Something that would only kill something if used, and only that person with specific details.
