You cant create life by magic things the onley way i could thing of would to have a kid perhaps scince even has tryed throw celluer munupalatiin thet have made bactera but the thing is you all ways need a bace living cell to expand on becuse we dont understand how to add the enegrey to give it funtiction ethow we can intercgance geans and trates by pluging them in to dna but those trates still have to be barrowed to becuse we cant make senthatic genetic trates it be good for medican but onec those trates are adde at brith they are set in place and will develup and you cant change them now things like say cancer maby the iregular cell multalaplacation is a change in that data but its its not a good one but whats intreasting is how it onley affects certent areas but will spread if say you maby if that was plugrd in the dna from the start maby the iregular cell growth would be normal and the body be able to keep up andy i got off topic thats the current develupment of creating life you can onley barrow it

It depends on what you mean by Life. Life has already been created in science laboratories. Life, after all, can be a single cell; such as a sponge. Bacteria are living cells.
Animal life is merely enzymes and protein. They can, and do, produce life. It is why, now, science can produce real skin, for grafting. Even a human ear can be "grown" in a laboratory.
It will be many,many years yet, before science will be able to "grow" a whole animal in the laboratory.
Science is now able to "clone" an animal; but that's not quite the same thing as creating Life.
