Being a jerk is a flaw, manners should accompany the ego.

Weak are the ones who can not handle the sheer size of the Scion basic philosophy, these are the ones who will not be part of Scion.
When understanding Scion, one must have clean motives.
Joining Scion merely to rebel against society and established norms is considered a weakness, because that rebellious attitude will only cause problem in the future.
One joins Scion if one feels it is the right thing to do in one's heart.
