sertch for thier souls or energie frequency
when than is done get some candels burning(preferably thier aura colour that makes them more friendly)
say to them u want to comunicate in an room u want where they can stay(they will become kinda bounded to that room so you can not get rid of them without moving)
go to that room and u can speak to them (they will talk to you via taughts or psycic)
get some rules and they will be like fam (they will protect u if needed when they can)

Have you tried using black salt? Or a tar water? These things should get rid of the shadow people.
