I sorta agree with Clement. Ive been on SOM for a while and a recently took a break a while back. By the time I came back there were less people that I knew that still come here and a lot of new people where the majority werent very experienced replaced the ones that were gone.

I say its good that peope are interested in magick. however, if you look at just what theyre viewing, its really bad, since theyll tell people theyre witches, pagans, etc. and they made themselves into werewolves, vampires, and all that fluffy jazz, which in turn makes us look like a bunch of idiots.

Guests are nice, more members more people who want to learn, and try to find whom they are. Magick is a nice tool to have.

I would say welcome until they prove otherwise. Like me, they search for truth, and search for their path. Let us be there for the serious ones, and say bye to the ones who aren't serious and want to role play. Got to weed them out somehow. Can't do that if they're not here. lol

But unfortunately Clement this will mean less people will be able to get the help and the full benefit of being a member of the site. Especially if new nembers are frowned upon for wanting the full package of help being a member on this site gives.

I agree i prefer sites that have fewer members because you get to know them better insted of only knowing a few people.

I believe its a good thing people can be guest checking out this site. It gives them time to look around, check things out and decide if its what they are looking for to join. I did it and have no regrets about checking it out before I joined and have made many good friends here as well.
