My name is Nathan, though I prefer Nathaniel and request to be known as Dalunir for the sake of circle speak and other purposes. I am new here, though I'm not exactly new to the concepts of magic. I've been getting my feet wet in studying Scott Cunningham and have performed a few personal rituals. I've come across this site, found it interesting and I feel pulled by it, which means I should stick around for a while and see this where this takes me. Glad to meet all of you.

As for what I'm hoping to get out of this place, would go along the lines of deepening my relationship with the divine and growing to become a better, stronger being as a whole.

I hope to enjoy myself and find new brothers and sisters.

I use the term "magic" to refer to manipulation of magical forces. It is true that this can be performed with rituals, but I see it as manipulation.

Try and figure out what went wrong i.e. wrong moon phase, wrong ingredients, too much to soon, wrong tools and so on it depends on the spell. if you are new study, practice gathering energy, grounding, meditating, and focusing your energy

Is there anything you specifically think I should research before I begin to practice magick? My mom does spells but won't openly discuss it with me, and she Has made the family a protection charm. K don't know where to begin, but I know I'm not supposed to just jump in a try stuff, I want to be prepared. Any suggestions? Btw I'm 15 and a Gemini (not sure that matters)
